At times, a skill you desire to learn is dependant upon you already knowing another skill, or posessing a Talent. These are called prerequisites or preconds, or requirements. Prereqs, preconds, or simply reqs, for short. If you are unable to learn a skill or weave, it is likely you are lacking one or more prereqs for that skill or weave.
