Distrust lets you accuse a place's owner of being a darkfriend and put the place to the torch. You confront the owner and, finding the answers wanting, set the fire. Not every place can be raided. Where it can, everyone who comes after sees the ruin you left. You cannot raid a place that has already been burned out.
