.:. TIEWEAVE

Tieweave lets you try to tie off a weave as you cast it. When a
tieable weave is successfully tied, it lasts for a time without
your maintaining it. It will still wear off.

Syntax:
> tieweave '<weave>' [target]
> tieweave '<weave>' <level> [target]

Example:
> tieweave 'air blindness' Merek

Grasp the Source first. You must know the weave and meet its usual
flow and prerequisite requirements, as well as know how to tie.
The optional level and target work as they do with Weave; the
weave you choose determines what target or other arguments it needs.

Not every weave can be tied. Some must still be maintained, and
your attempt to tie can fail even when the weave itself succeeds.
If you are in a circle, only its leader can cast.

Use Tie instead when you want to tie off a weave you are already
maintaining. Tieweave starts a new cast; it does not tie an old one.
