.:. CRAFT

Craft opens a menu where you design a new item and pay to have it made.
You need to have learned the Craft skill; having a guild does not by
itself teach it to you. The Crafter talent improves your chances.

Syntax:
> craft

First pick a group of items, then the base item and its level. Higher
levels are better, but they cost more and are less likely to succeed.
The menu shows the cost and a success modifier, not your final chance;
your skill and the Crafter talent also affect the outcome. You can set
the item's keywords, short description and room description, then
choose to exit and create it.

Press return at a prompt, or choose the menu option to exit without
creating, to abort and lose nothing. Once you create the item, you pay
its price in coins, and if the attempt fails the item is lost and the
coins are not returned. You are told if you cannot afford it, if the
world cannot supply the materials, or if you could not carry the result.
