.:. reply

Reply sends a tell back without making you type the recipient's name.
Normally, it replies to the last person who sent you a tell. Lockreply
keeps that recipient from changing when someone else sends you a tell.

Syntax:
> reply <message>
Sends your message to your reply recipient. If nobody has sent you a
tell, the game answers "You have no-one to reply to!"

Example:
> reply Be right there!
You tell Duren, 'Be right there!'

If the person has logged off, the game says they are no longer playing.
It also tells you if they are linkless, writing or unable to hear you.
Silence and soundproof rooms can stop your reply. If they are away or
busy, the game may save your reply in playback; it tells you when it does.
