Combat (MM32 turn-based)

Core commands:
  slash <target> [aim]
  thrust <target> [aim]
  unarmed <target> [aim]
  flourish <target>
  parry <target>
  dodge <target>
  pass
  wait
  flee

Notes:
- In turn combat, you normally only act on your turn.
- flee is turn-gated; in autocombat it can be queued to fire when your turn comes.
- subdue is a toggle that converts lethal blows against NPCs into a capture/subdue state.

Combat meta:
  combat speed <seconds>   (manual turn timer; minimum 5 seconds)
  combat debug             (imm-only)
