By typing this command, a player can bring up A Moment in Tyme's MOTD, or Message of the Day. This is basically what you see each time you log into the game. This command is handy in case you want to read something in the MOTD, and don't feel like backscrolling to the log-in screen, or in case it has been updated while you are logged in.
