Role-playing non-player characters (NPCs) is fully supported; this would include all types of characters that are nothing special, and who nevertheless make for the largest part of the population - cooks, peddlers, merchants, etc. The syntax for the command is: npc <name> <type of person> . Example: npc Bobette the cook. If you wish to NPC a character from a specific guild, you must get the approval of the Guildleader of that guild. If you wish to NPC a character not affiliated with any specific guild but with some other special ability (channeling, ter'angreal, exceptional skill with arms, etc) then you must get approval from the appropriate Immortal before playing the NPC.
